Conditions for rental

Driver has to be in possession of a valid driving licence for at least 2 years.

Age restrictions

Minimum age and possession of a valid driving licence in Croatia is:
21 years/2 years for vehicle group ECMR and higher,
25 years/2 years for vehicle group ITMR, SDMR, SDAR, SVMR, FDAR, PDAR, FVMR and XFAR.

Payment methods

Valid  voucher confirming reservation details.  In addition to the voucher the client MUST PROVIDE credit card details regardless of the fact that the rental is pre-paid.
Mastercard, Visa, and American Express Credit Cards are accepted.

IN THE EVENT OF AN ACCIDENT OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE:

In the event of any major damage and the vehicle being ‘undriveable’, or theft the client MUST call the Police and attain a police report for damages to the vehicle. In the event of a minor accident and when there are no personal injuries to either party involved in the accident, the police do not have to be involved. However, a ‘European Accident Report’ (forms are located in the glove compartment of each car) has to be filled in and signed BY ALL PARTIES (OTHER CARS) INVLOVED IN THE ACCIDENT and returned  together with a written statement from the driver describing in detail the exact cause of the accident (this statement is ACCEPTABLE IN THE CROATIAN, ENGLISH OR GERMAN LANGUAGES ONLY). If the client returns the vehicle damaged without a police or ‘European accident report’ together with a written statement all vehicle damage will be charged to the client to the total amount of the damage. 
In  case of death ensurance covers  6.850,00 EUR or 13.700,00 EUR in case of disability

Cross border rentals (territorial restrictions)

Not allowed into,Serbia,Bosnia and Monte Negro.Airport Service Fee Airport service charge 5 EUR per rental.

Baby seats:

EUR 4,-- daily, max. EUR 20,-- (excl. VAT) per rent

GPS SATELITE SISTEM :

EUR 7, daily, -- ( excl. VAT ) per rent

Refuelling charges

Vehicles will contain a full tank of fuel at the start of rental and should be returned full, otherwise the client will be charged with EUR 2,50 (excl. VAT) per litre of gasoline and EUR 2,50 (excl. VAT) per litre of diesel plus a refuelling charge of EUR 10,00 (excl. VAT).
These charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Additional driver

For Public and Corporate clients no additional charge applies.

Winnter In working hours  ( 07:00 – 20: 00 ) --  0 EUR
Out of working hours : 15 EUR + VAT

Delivery: Untill 30 km -- 0 EUR
More than 30 km – 25 EUR + VAT ( depend of distance )

Summer In working hours  ( 07:00 – 22: 00 ) --  0 EUR
Out of working hours : 25 EUR + VAT

Delivery : Untill 30 km – 0 EUR
More than 30 km – 35 EUR + VAT ( depend of distance )
